Bubur Jagung Manis

Lately, raining so heavy at evening. Yesterday, before my husband went back from his work, I made Bubur Jagung Manis. hehehe.. so good went it's still hot. Here are the recipe:

Bubur Jagung Manis

Bahan-bahan
4 tongkol jagung manis mentah ( I use 1 tin of sweet corn)
6 sudu besar sagu ( I use small red sagu)
Secubit garam
150 ml santan ( I use 3/4 cup santan box)
1.5 liter air
5 sudu besar gula pasir ( I use 3 sudu besar gula pasir)
I added a few pandan leaves and 1/2 cup gula merah.

Cara-cara
- Basuh dan toskan sagu dengan sekali lalu
- Masukkan santan, air, jagung, dan garam ke dalam periuk.
- Masak dengan api sederhana dan kacau sehingga mendidih
- Masukkan sagu, gula merah dan gula pasir. Kacau hingga sagu menjadi jernih.

Have a try. My husband really love it and he finishing all of it. hehehe..maybe next time I make it again.

Crochet Meet

Last sunday, my husband and I went to KSL City, Johor Bahru for International Deaf Day. I was invited by Kak Lina, http://pinkyfrogshop.blogspot.com/. I was so excited to met her for the first time. I got souvenir from her. Yeah!!! I bought crochet hook and yarn. Many tips I learn from her. I wish to meet her again. She so creative and variety ideas. Wishing to be like her someday. Keep learning..

Little Fuzzy Bookmark

My first cross stitch project after my marriage which is fuzzy bookmark. I using felt for the back side. I think it good start to continue my handmade. Hm what next? Will think about it.

Kek Batik

Bahan-bahan
1 bungkus biskut marrie (jenama TIGER)
1/2 bar buttercup
1 tin susu cair
1/2 tin susu pekat
6 sb serbuk milo
3 sb serbuk koko
colourful rice (untuk hiasan)

Cara-cara
1. Masak buttercup sehingga cair.
2. Masukkan susu pekat manis, susu cair, serbuk milo dan serbuk koko sehingga pekat.
3. Masukkan biskut marrie dan gaul sebati dengan api perlahan.
4. Masukkan ke dalam loyang dan padatkan.
5. Taburkan colourful rice dan biarkan sejuk.

Cooking time

Last sunday I made Apam Coklat request from my hubby. He wanna give it to his little fans in school for great achieve in his subject. So I made it as much for one class for about 31 student. After that, I pack it and ready to distribute. Yummy..

Nasi Tomato

Bahan A
5 cwn beras (dicuci dan tuskan)
1/2 cwn susu cair
4 biji tomato
1/2 cwn sos tomato
3 sudu minyak sapi
Garam
Air
Daun Pandan
2 batang serai

Bahan B (tumis)
3 ulas bawang putih
5 biji bawang merah
1 inci halia
3 biji buah pelaga
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 inci kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga lawang.

Cara Membuat
1. Panaskan minyak sapi dan tumis bahan tumis, serai dan daun pandan hingga wangi.
2. Masuk tomato, garam, susu cair, air dan biarkan mendidih.
3. Masukkan bahan tumis ke dalam beras di dalam periuk.
4. Apabila nasi kering, kacau rata.

Raya Celebration

Hi everyone, how's raya celebration? For me, this is my first year celebrate with my hubby. His friend wanted to visit our place. Well then, I prepared some dishes although I preggy in 24 weeks. Ok here's the pic.

I prepared nasi tomato, kerutuk ayam, kek batik, kek lapis which is I already made it with my sis in law and my mother in law, puding pic and orange.

My hubby love my cooking.hehehe..first time i made it by myself.

Little hat

Hi guys, here are my experiments in crochet. I manage to make a little hat and a pair of baby boot. I was so excited after make it.

Welcome July..

After a long break, now i'm back. Currently there's no cross stitch project have done. But i plan to working on with my new hobbies which is on felt and crochet. Hehehe, juz wanna try something new. And here my first trial on crochet which is a little hat.

 After this i wanna try other project on crochet. FYI, i juz married and will be moving to Johor. So, i can't wait to settle down all things. May everything is going well.

2012.. new year and one month almost passing by and welcome February. And for that, i have only a month for my weeding preparation. huhuhu.. So worried and always pray hope everything goes fine. For that, maybe I will stop for awhile updating my blog. Hope for the best, for me, family, love and job.
